What is virtual fitness?
My online classes are all the fun of group fitness, without the hurdles of going to a class at a gym. No coordinating your outfit, driving across town, looking for a parking space, fighting to see the teacher, or wondering what to do about childcare.
With me, all you need is a computer or tablet and about a 6x6 foot square of space!
How does it work?
From my private training studio, I set up a video conference call that you'll be on the other end of. I teach the group classes to my computer's camera, so it's like you're right there in the room with me!
Because you'll be in front of the camera on your own device, I'll have the ability to see you. This means I can check your form, give you tips on how to get better calorie burn and make sure that you're safe and working hard!
Each day a few minutes before the class you've RSVP'd for begins, you'll get all set up with your water, towel, mat and yoga props you may need. You'll log into a program called Zoom, and then I'll begin class! Through your device you'll see me, hear the music and my voice.
What classes are available?
I teach a variety of 30 minute classes. The classes vary in levels of difficulty, but I always give the option for modifiers and intensifiers, so you are more than welcome to try any class regardless of your fitness level.
Cardio Kickboxing- Combines traditional kickboxing moves with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for an unbelievable calorie burn.You'll have a blast getting into knockout shape—learning hard-hitting combos and edgy dance moves while torching fat and carving lean, sexy muscle in the most empowering class you've ever tried.
HIIT Training- Extreme cardio conditioning for every fitness level. Together, you'll build strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and develop precision and speed—without lifting a single weight.
CDF- This MMA inspired, total-body workout uses core conditioning combinations, body weight moves, and cardio spikes to harness the power of your core and have you feeling like a total badass. You'll burn major calories and carve your waist- no equipment required!
Yoga Inspired Bootcamp- A high intensity, low impact bootcamp style workout inspired by yoga and pilates.
Full Body Conditioning- is total-body strength and cardio conditioning that helps you blast fat and build lean muscle fast. It's tough—but your instructor can show you how to modify any move, and the group motivation will help you push past your plateaus.
Yoga- Ariel's yoga classes are tailored specifically for that days participants. A mix of stretching, asanas and meditation, you'll build strength, flexibility and inner peace.

Can I do it with a friend?
Fitness is certainly more fun with a friend! If you have the space and can safely perform the moves, you can certainly have a friend or family member join you! Please reach out to me for special pricing on 3 or more people per class.
How do I get started?
Before we get started, have you tried a class first?! Your first class is always free so you can try it out, see if you like it and decide if you'd like to purchase more classes before spending a single cent.
If you're ready to get started, please send me an email letting me know how many classes you'd like to purchase and what class slots you are interested in. I accept payments through Paypal and Venmo.
After I receive confirmation of your payment, I'll physically record the number of classes you've purchased and keep track in my studio. (Ever want to know how many classes you've got left? Just ask!)
About 5 minutes before our class is scheduled to begin, I'll message you the private link for our class. After you click on the link, Zoom will open and you'll be ready to begin!
