Why personal training?
Whether you've never done a workout in your life, or you're an avid gym goer (or anything in between!) there are major benefits to working with me as your personal trainer. Not only will I hold you accountable to your goals, but I'll also work one on one with you each step of the way. By working with me, we'll set up a plan to get you to goals quickly, but safely. So often I find that people lack direction when it comes to their workouts. They're not sure what exercises to do, how often, if they should be doing weights or cardio-they just don't have a solid plan. Additionally, working out can be quite damaging to your body without proper form. Working with me will take out all of those question marks and uncertainty. All of my sessions are created specifically for you. We'll do workouts that you enjoy, that push you toward your goal, but do so safely.
Where are the sessions?
The sessions will take place in my private studio in Amityville. No more uncomfortable time at the gym feeling as though people are watching, touching dirty equipment, or being around smelly people! :)
What are the sessions like?
Each session is 60 minutes long. We'll do a quick warm up then jump into our workout. We'll do everything from cardio, weights, kickboxing, yoga, and often a combination of all of the above. Working out can be tough, so I will always design your workouts with your preferences in mind. If you love weights but hate cardio, I'll be sure to cater to your tastes as much as possible.
How often should I come?
That is totally up to you. Currently my clients average two sessions a week, but you can come just once a week, or as many as four times a week depending on your goals, availibility and finances. When you come for your free consultation, we will discuss your goals, current routine, and together decide on a frequency that best fits your life.
What is the cost?
4 sessions - $280
8 sessions - $480
12 sessions $600
How can I earn free sessions?
-For your birthday
-By referring a friend that signs up
-Purchasing more sessions before your final session
-For modeling for a video for me (ask for more info!)
What will I get?
Each person and their bodies and goals are totally different and your sessions will reflect that. You will receive customized sessions with me where we'll spend roughly 60 minutes working towards whatever goals we have set for you. Your workouts will never be the same as someone else's, because your goals are probably not the same, and your bodies are certainly not the same. In addition to your tailored in person sessions with me, you'll have unlimited access to an extensive library of form and safety videos, healthy meal ideas, nutrition counseling, as well as several full length workout videos I have created for you to do on the days we are not training together in person. And don't worry, I'll guide you in the right direction in terms of what workouts will be best for you based on our training plan. You will also have unlimited access to me via text or email. My number one goal is to keep you happy and healthy, and that won't happen with just 1 or 2 sessions per week, so I am here any time you need me, for whatever reason. Over the course of your health and fitness journey we'll be spending a lot of time together and we'll get to know each other quite well.
